We specialize in the performance of indoor air quality assessments for industrial, commercial, and healthcare clients. Extensive experience in the primary areas comprising IAQ includes: construction materials and methods, mechanical systems, ventilation, microbiology, and industrial hygiene.

We have conducted many IAQ audits for various clientele.  Our audits identify and quantify the quality of your air and provide plans for improvement based upon EPA guidelines and other nationally recognized standards.

Total Building Solutions maintains two Certified Indoor Air Quality Professionals, a Certified Indoor Environmentalist and a Certified Mold Remediator on staff.  Most notable is our company President who is, herself, a scientist  who personally oversees all IAQ procedures.  We also have on staff an Associate Member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
