Maintaining a support staff onsite for the last 6 years, TBS has served to augment the facility construction department in various projects including the following:

We have successfully worked with this client on clean room projects from the budgeting and design phase through construction and certification. At present, we are integrally involved in the budgeting protocols for the new FDA Code Requirements for upgrading on-site hospital phases. Completed customer projects include the following:

Trane Company

Tampa, Florida

TBS assisted Trane Performance Contracting Division with the recommissioning of multiple Hillsborough County facilities located in downtown Tampa. TBS assisted with many of the recommissioning components including the new central energy plant ice storage system, HVAC system remediation tasks and the installation of new VAV and building control systems.
